What we do.
The Bract & Pistil team will review your cultivation business plan and give you our insight and advice based on our years of CEA experience. We can help your team come up with yield models and revenue projections and break down this complex industry to help prepare your company and team for future success.
Bract & Pistil was founded with the belief that our influence reaches beyond individual projects. How we advise, design, teach, and communicate to our clients and the world is critical in supporting communities to confront history and shape new narratives, allowing us to heal our past and flourish in the future collectively; we believe it will be our legacy and thank you to all who have supported us.
Our process begins with a discovery meeting to understand the client's needs and vision. We allow our findings to help us form a custom plan of attack. Next, we create a proposal based on our assessment outlining all the areas of expertise and support needed to move forward.
We predominantly find that most of our clients utilize our services from initial concept and site selection to completed licensure and full operations. Some clients have been operating for years and choose to have Bract & Pistil analyze systems and recommend new procedures to surpass current goals. Clients may hire us from time to time to do a singular task, such as writing business plans, investment decks, vision analyses, budget and yield modeling, lease negotiations, site evaluations, customized procedures, and training for their facility; we find this generally leads to further, long-lasting, and fruitful relationships as well.
Our Controlled Environment Agriculture designs and strategy are what truly set us apart. We customize each design based on our knowledge of the plants, the expected production goals, the budget provided, and the team running the daily operations. Every project that Bract & Pistil encounters is unique and thus must be analyzed differently, customized exclusively, and approached independently.
We look forward to discussing walking in your vision with you.
